This is a great place for value and friendly help. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is great for the price, host bends over backwards to help. The tours he suggest are great, can't complain. What I like about this place is the free high-speed wireless internet access everywhere, even at the swimming pool area. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anybody coming to Siem Reap.

This hostel was really good. It provided services such as a change of linen, towels and free water daily along with a cooked breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and very clean and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Their services were well above the price level charged. So far this is the best hostel we stayed at in Cambodia.

Angkor Friendship Inn is in a great location - walking distance to almost everything. There are loads of really nice bars and restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. Pisey, the receptionist, was so helpful. We stayed at the Angkor Friendship Inn for two nights, took a bus to Phnom Penh (which Pisey arranged) and came back to Angkor Friendship Inn after a week in Phnom Penh. We stayed another 2 nights before we left for Indonesia. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Be aware, the hotel doesn't have a lift, so if you don't (or can't) use stairs, it might be a problem. Otherwise, I cannot fault this hotel in any way. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I was visiting family and friends in Singapore and decided on a whim to take a side trip to Siem Reap with a friend. Originally wanted to go to Bangkok but there were too much political problems there! Didn't know where to stay in Siem Reap and eventually took a chance on Angkor Friendship Inn.
This guesthouse certainly exceeded our expectations. Staff was very friendly. The receptionist Sophea always greeted us with a nice smile on her face! Also to our surprise, some of the staff spoke English well and the manager even spoke Mandarin & Cantonese fluently. The room was good size. Breakfast was included.
Most people are up early for the temple. Love the pool! It was a very welcome relief after a hot day at the temples. The guesthouse is about 5 minutes walking distance to Pub Street or a short tuk tuk ride. Overall, it is a very good budget guesthouse, I'd recommend it to my friends.

Comments:Very good value, free airport or bus station pick-up. Large aircon room with minibar and breakfast and Net for only US$18/night. Located walking distance to bars restaurants and spas. Donald and Bong are great hosts and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
